Nicole Hubbling

A South Dakota native, Nicole takes pride in serving the same communities she's called home her entire life. She joined Nelson Commercial Real Estate in 2019, initially managing the company's administrative, marketing, and accounting functions. After years of supporting transactions and gaining valuable insight into the industry's operations, Nicole transitioned into full-time brokerage and now holds a Broker license in both South Dakota and Minnesota. Her early career was in the commercial insurance industry, where she managed complex healthcare accounts as a licensed Property and Casualty Account Manager. She's known for her professionalism, precision, and personal touch. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mom to four daughters and can often be found coaching their sports or cheering them on from the sidelines.
